Sunder Singh Khalsa brought the first Yoga Festival to SE Asia in 2008. It has become an annual event in Thailand, and has supported the emergence of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Cambodia, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Australia and New Zealand. Sunder serves as the KRI Coordinator for Teacher Training in Asia and also serves on the KRI Board of Directors and the Teacher Training Executive Council
By the grace of the master Sunder is touching the hearts of all those he meets on this journey of life. Sunder was born in Taiwan. His given name is Tzu Ping, which in Chinese means compassionate peace. |

Kartar Singh Khalsa has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for over 30
years. He is an IKYTA certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and teacher trainer. He regularly teaches
at the Summer and Winter Solstice Retreats in the US and has taught at the European and Asian
Yoga Festivals. He and Sunder Singh have been working closely together for many years. He
often teaches courses in mantra and meditation, and the skills of successful communication and
deep listening; his favorite teaching venue is teacher training and courses of personal
transformation. He has also taught courses in parenting with awareness and personal
transformation through Kundalini Yoga with his wife, Shakta Kaur. Kartar is the National Sales
Manager for Natural Foods with Golden Temple and Yogi Tea and lives in Herndon, Virginia with
his wife and 17 year-old son, Ram Das Singh. |

Dr. Kartar Singh Khalsa combines the expertise of a licensed Doctor of Oriental
Medicine, a trained acupuncturist, and Kundalini Yoga teacher. He currently practices herbology
and acupuncture in New Mexico. His clinic, The Cleanse, uses detoxifying and strengthening
methods to re-establish the body’s integrity at a cellular level. Over the past five years Kartar
Khalsa has guided over 1,000 people through The Cleanse, as well as participating in the program
eighteen times himself. Dr. Kartar prossesses a personal passion for The Cleanse. Through his
dynamic abilities as both a healthcare professional and a compassionate teacher of yogic
technology, he has supported people throughout the world in making lifestyle changes. |

Ek Ong Kaar Kaur Khalsa is a Sikh theologian and teacher who writes and speaks
on the practice of Sikh Dharma. She writes for her blog, Random Calligraphy, teaches online,
and holds courses around the world on the wisdom of the Sikh Masters. She currently
resides in the Sikh community of Espanola, New Mexico, where she serves as the Creative

Tonie Nooyens is a long time practitioner in different traditions of meditation, meditational yoga and healing, including Vipassana, Zen and Tibetan Buddhism. He is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and, as one of the lead trainers on the KRI Asia Teacher Training Program, travels extensively throughout Asia.
Tonie and his partner Hanneke Meijers have been working on social and economic development projects in Asia and Africa. Since January 2007 their activities are concentrated in Cambodia, conducting a Yoga and Meditation training program for Cambodians, and setting up stress and trauma relief activities, as well as communication and personal capacity training for vulnerable groups.

Angad Kaur (Rebecca Lo) started China’s first and only Kundalini Yoga studio in 2005.
Her mission is to serve the emergence of 3HO in China with the Training Team led by Sunder
Singh. She is the only Kundalini Yoga Professional Teacher Trainer living in China. |

Suraj Kaur Khalsa - After being in the corporate world for 20 years and a wife and mother
of three daughters, found joy through teaching Kundalini Yoga. Suraj is a Professional Teacher
Trainer on the Asia Training team. She serves as President of JYTANZ (KY Teachers Association
Australia and New Zealand) and represents Asia and Australia on the Global Teachers Council.
Her mission is to support our communities to spread the teachings in Asia. |
